With Speaker Gail DeBoer
Gail DeBoer became president of SAC Federal Credit Union, the largest credit union in Nebraska, in 2007. She oversees a staff of more than 200 people with 19 locations serving eight counties. She has helped the organization grow from $312 million to more than $640 million in total assets. It will move its headquarters into a new building in Papillion in 2014.
In 2011 the National Association of Federal Credit Unions named DeBoer CEO of the Year and the Sarpy County Chamber of Commerce named her Business Leader of the Year. In 2012, DeBoer received the UNO College of Business Administration Distinguished Alumni Achievement Award and was inducted into the Sarpy County Business Hall of Fame.
