Amy Nieman works at Lutz Talent and she has the pleasure of helping CPA’s to CFO’s find their dream jobs. Amy brings 14+ years of marketing and recruiting experience to her company and the many organizations in which she is involved. At Heartland Women’s Network, Amy enjoys helping female business professionals brand themselves and “pay it forward” in any way she can. Amy also serves on the Board of Directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) and was named Woman of the Year in 2015 by LLS. In addition, Amy is involved with the Center Sphere Referral Network, local Chamber organizations, professional industry organizations and Omaha Venture Group. She resides in Omaha with her husband Josh and daughter Lakelyn. In her spare time, Amy enjoys outdoor activities such as running, golfing, boating, camping and canoeing.
Tonya has been in the financial services industry for over two decades, and has had the opportunity to experience a lot of challenging, fun and diverse roles. Today, her role and commitment is to empower financial professionals to grow professionally and reach their awesome potential. Tonya feels that if a person has the tools and resources to convert their potential into success, she can help build toward that success together.
Tonya has her Bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University. She is active in GAMA, NAIFA- Omaha chapter and currently the President of Women in Insurance and Financial Services- Nebraska Chapter (WIFS). She is a nine-time qualifier for Million Dollar Round Table (MDRT) and has achieved the Principal® Management Achievement Round Table (MART) in 2013. Tonya lives in Omaha with her husband David, a retired police officer, and their two teenage children, Melissa and Anthony.

Sales & Sponsorships Chair
In Katie’s role at Lutz Financial, she works closely with high net-worth clients and institutional custodians to ensure they have an exceptional client experience, as well as coordinating the firm’s marketing initiatives. Prior to joining Lutz in 2012, Katie has worked in several different industries in the areas of banking, sales and marketing. She brings with her over 10 years of customer service experience and although the professional endeavors differ, the desire to help others and learn new things remains constant. In her role at Heartland Women’s Network, she looks forward to making new connections, helping her community, and working together with a group of inspiring women. Katie and her husband, Ryan, live in Council Bluffs with their two children. They enjoy spending time outdoors and are avid Husker fans.
Mindy Kidney is s a full-time Realtor for RE/MAX Results. Growing up in the home of a Realtor in the Kansas City, Missouri, area, Mindy has over 13 years of experience working in the real estate field. She worked as a receptionist and secretary for a real estate firm before moving to Nebraska. After graduating college at Grace University with a Bachelor’s of Science emphasis in Psychology, she returned to Missouri to work with her mom as a licensed personal assistant and, shortly thereafter, became an Office Manager for ReeceNichols Realtors. In 2005, she returned to Omaha to marry her college sweetheart, Josh Kidney, and started selling residential real estate in 2007. In her first year of selling homes, she received the Top Outstanding New Associate award. Mindy has the gift of organization, is an effective communicator, and has a strong desire to make a difference in people’s lives in the purchasing and selling of their homes. In her free time, Mindy is passionate about raising awareness and being engaged with social issues such as human trafficking. She’s been married to Josh for 7 years and they have a basset hound named Henry.
Jessica Blake was born and raised in Omaha, NE. She attended the University of Nebraska at Omaha. In May 2010, she graduated with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Business Administration, specializing in Real Estate and Land Use Economics and Management. Upon graduation, Jessica accepted a position at Security National Bank. Currently, she is the First Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer for Security National Bank, specializing in providing secondary market financing for clients. She currently volunteers for JDRF-Omaha. She resides in the Omaha area with her husband and their two sons.
Creative & Web Chair
Raina is the newest partner at eSpark Media and an Associate Partner at Safeguard Midwest. At eSpark Media, she heads up the SPARKe Creative division, which encompasses creative services including web design, graphic design and branding. And with the addition of Raina’s partnership with Safeguard she can take marketing a step further by offering printing services, promotional products and more. She enjoys what she does because she is always growing to stay in the forefront of technology and product trends. A transplant from Southern California, Raina graduated in 2000 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in Graphic Design from California State University, Fullerton. She, her husband David and two cats, Sadie and Zoey, have made Omaha there home. In her spare time she enjoys exploring her surroundings for hiking/biking trails, good restaurants and wine tasting.
Social Media, Marketing & Secretary Chair
Julie Strzyz is a certified personal growth and leadership coach and partner at eSpark Media. Julie works with individuals in business, ranging from those who are a part of a corporation to those who run and manage their own company. She completed her training and certification through The Coaches Training Institute (CTI) and has been actively coaching clients for nearly four years. Julie prides herself on helping her clients build the career and life of their dreams and encourages them to challenge themselves, celebrate their successes, and make their mark in the world. She is an active community volunteer and serves on the Board of Directors for the Heart Ministry Center. In addition, she is a Leadership Omaha graduate (Class 34), and a member of BNI, OPUS (Omaha Professionals United in Service), and Omaha Venture Group. Julie lives in Omaha with her husband, Peter, and their amazing rescue dog, Athena. When she has down time, Julie enjoys cooking, baking, traveling, and crafting.
