Speakers: Joanna Swanson & Amelis Long
Joanna joined First National Bank in 2007. She heads up Direct Sales for NEST and Enable. She currently works closely with advisors, employers and community organizations to increase awareness and participation in the NEST and Enable savings plans. Prior to this position, Joanna oversaw the strategy development, implementation, and management of education programs for Retirement Plan Services. Prior to First National Bank, Joanna spent three years at Union Pacific Railroad as a business manager in the marketing and sales department, and three years in the advertising and publication industry.
Amelis is an Outreach Specialist with First National Bank of Omaha. She joined the Bank in 2016 to support the Enable Savings Plan team by connecting with the disability community. Previously, Amelis spent eight years at Nebraska VR (Vocational Rehabilitation) where she held various positions including counselor, evaluator, and office director. Amelis leverages her experience to conduct outreach for Enable Savings in Nebraska and surrounding states. She also manages outreach for Enable Alabama.
