Lisa Hansen
An Omaha, Nebraska native, Lisa attended Iowa State University where she received both her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees in Diet and Exercise and completed the accredited dietetic internship.
Lisa is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise, CrossFit Level 1 Trainer and has worked for over five years as a group fitness instructor.
Jennifer Cain
Jennifer Cain is Eat Fit Go Healthy Food’s Chief Operation Officer. Since 2016 she has overseen corporate and franchise operational systems, growth, customer service, and strategy. Raised in an entrepreneurial and hardworking Midwest family, Jen Cain graduated from the University of Nebraska-Omaha with a B.S. in Business Administration. After graduation, Jen launched her career in the hospitality industry as the Director of Training for the Oklahoma based group Hal Smith Restaurants (HSR). At HSR Jen reported to the COO and was responsible for overseeing development, strategy, and training for all HSR employees in seven different restaurant concepts and 27 stores. At Eat Fit Go Healthy Foods Jen leads the continuous advancement of operations and under her leadership Eat Fit Go Healthy Foods has grown from one location to 29 in less than two years. Jen is driving the company’s health initiatives to make America healthier by offering great tasting and convenient healthy meals. An Omaha resident, Jen is an enthusiastic member of the community and enjoys staying active with her husband and two daughters, traveling and enjoying live music.
