About the Speaker: Chief Scott Lyons
Chief Scott Lyons began his law enforcement career in 1990 with the Raytown, Missouri Police Department. He served as a patrol officer, detective and tactical officer. In 1995, he joined the Lee’s Summit Police Department where he served in a number of positions including as Major over the Administration and Patrol Divisions. In 2015, Lyons became the Chief of Police for the City of Papillion, Nebraska. The City of Papillion is located just South of the Omaha Metropolitan area with about 25,000 citizens within the city limits and impacted by a another 25,000 in surrounding ETJ/SIDs. The Papillion Police Department consists of 44 officers and 49 total employees.

If you registered but did not pay and you do not cancel by the Sunday prior to the event, you will be billed the registration fee. Registrations made after the Sunday prior to the event will be charged $20 for the luncheon entry fee.

Dairy — infant formula, evaporated milk, powdered milk, instant breakfast drinks, etc.
Other* — honey, jelly/jam, mayonnaise, salad dressings, sugar, oils, syrup, etc.
