When Life Happens
Madeline Moyer, Business Services Director at The Salvation Army Ray & Joan Kroc Corps Community Center, will talk to us about her own experiences of “When Life Happens.” Points to be covered include: Unlocking your full potential, Turning your life around, Become the success you were meant to be, and Success is about being prepared!
Some of you may have heard her speak and know that she is passionate about the work she does at the Kroc Center, this presentation will be about her personal journey!
About the speaker – Madeline Moyer, Business Services Director
Hired as the Kroc Center’s Business Services Director in April of 2009, Madeline is responsible for the overall administration and coordination of the Kroc Center’s Human Resources, Membership Sales, Guest Services functions which also includes the KidZone area. She also oversees the Scholarships, Volunteer Outreach, and Procurement functions. She conducts tours and presentations on behalf of the Kroc Center. She currently serves on several boards, the South Omaha Business Association, she is the Secretary, Human Resources Association of the Midlands (HRAM), she is a Diversity Co-Chair, is a board member on the Hispanic Chamber, serves as an Ambassador for the Ralston Chamber, as well as is a member of the Omaha, Sarpy & Bellevue Chambers. Madeline spent 32 years in various capacities at First National Bank of Omaha. She brings a high level of business-services experience to Omaha’s Kroc Center. She’s also served on the local Salvation Army Advisory Board for 20 years and has in-depth knowledge of the overall mission of The Salvation Army. She is married to Jim Moyer, is extremely proud of her daughter Rachel, who is a Doctor. She also has two great stepsons Aaron & Colin.
