About Our Speaker: Beverly Cavanaugh
Beverly Cavanaugh is a professional business woman and consultant whose career includes recruitment, HR management, employee relations, entrepreneurship and solving “squishy” problems for employees and companies. She is an Omaha native and University of Nebraska graduate whose passion for working with people to help them be comfortable and successful in their work lives have led her to career choices. She believes that many of us don’t realize all the tools we have to confront and resolve workplace conflicts. These tools are available to us to pick and choose according to the situation. Beverly has worked with thousands of executives, managers and employees across the country helping them identify the tools that will help them break through these obstacles, prevent them in the future and make the workplace the best it can and should be.
She is currently an Senior Consultant with Talent Partners, Inc. matching great companies with terrific people! Beverly helps companies and candidates answer the question “How do we know what is the best choice for me?”
